Return Policy:

Single orders, which are cancelled after they have been built are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Multiple orders which are cancelled after they have been built are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Due to the perishable nature of the cakes and cookies, please ensure that someone will be available to receive your cake or cookie delivery on the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for cakes or cookies that are damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues.

Backorder Policy:

Accent Gift Baskets will do its best to complete your order and ship all products exactly as they are viewed on our web site. There may be times when, due to high volume of product sales, we need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to fulfill the order.  We won't adjust the price or communicate that we have made a substitution, but we do attempt to use a higher value item when it is necessary to substitute. In doing so, there should be no reason for a back order on our products.

Damaged Goods Policy:

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy accentgiftbaskets.com will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your customer's satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of accentgiftbaskets.com and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by email. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

All damaged shipments must be reported within 3 business days. We will make every effort to replace damaged items within this time, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame. Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.
