Q: How long does it take for my gift basket to be shipped?

A: As long as the basket is in stock it will be sent out that day and depending on the location of the delivery it will take about 1-6 days. This does not include weekends and holidays. If it happens to be during that period it will be shipped on the next business day.

Q: Can I add a bottle of wine or champagne to a gift basket?

A: We cannot add alcohol to a gift basket or ship that basket with our couriers because there are certain regulations we must abide by.

Q: Can I return a gift basket?

A: Under certain circumstances we do allow you to return the basket. It must be unopened, and must not have been tampered with. We will not accept it otherwise. Send it back within 3 days and we will refund your money. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs.

Q: Where can your gift baskets be shipped to?

A: We are a Canadian based company and ship all through Canada. Remote areas may or may not be able to be shipped to.
